At BakerTriangle safety is a way of life. Each day we strive to find ways to make the workplace safe for our employees and also safe for the workers completing their various tasks that are not employed by BakerTriangle. At BakerTriangle it starts from the top down; CEO Steve Baker has over 30 years experience in this industry and he is committed that our employees return home safely to their families at the end of each working day. Safety director, Jim Dunn, has many years of experience in safety training and OSHA standards. Jim also partners with the local AGC chapter and their safety issues.

Award Winning Safety Program

BakerTriangle has an award winning safety program. The San Antonio office won the AGC-San Antonio Chapter 2006 Safe Specialty Contractor of the Year Award. In 2004, Austin Commercial awarded BakerTriangle it’s Safety Award. In 2006 and 2007 BakerTriangle was awarded the AGC QUOIN Construction Safety Excellence award. BakerTriangle have won the ABC Platinum STEP Award for nine years straight.
